Labels.io is a white-label trade ordering platform for fashion and bridal brands, built and run by Edge Digital. It began as a bespoke portal for one label - and became the thing we wished every label could have.
One platform, three surfaces: portal, admin and factory
It started with one label and a spreadsheet
A London bridal label came to Edge Digital with a familiar problem: their stockists ordered by workbook, email and phone. Every order was re-keyed by hand, every price list went out of date the moment it was sent, and every "where is my gown?" was a phone call. We set out to build them a portal that made all of that go away.
We realised every label had the same problem
The portal worked - a real catalogue, a made-to-order configurator, pricing computed to the penny and live production tracking. But the problem was never unique to one label. Independent fashion and bridal brands everywhere run their wholesale channel on the same fragile spreadsheets. So we built the platform underneath into something any label could run.
Now it is Labels.io
Labels.io is a white-label trade ordering platform: each label gets its own branded portal, on its own domain, with retailers walled off from one another and a team that can run the whole thing without a developer. Jane Aston Bridal is the first label on it - and the goal has not changed since day one: get labels off spreadsheets for good.
