Your factory shouldn’t need a login

The handoff is where orders go wrong
A trade order survives the catalogue, the configurator and the confirmation - and then, in most workshops, it gets re-typed into an email to the factory. Someone transcribes sizes and options by hand. Someone forgets the pattern note. Someone attaches last season's size chart.
And the factory, quite reasonably, doesn't want another system to log into.
Email is the interface
So we stopped fighting that. On Labels.io, when a studio confirms an order, the factory receives a production spec by email: the reference, the stockist, the bride and her wedding date, every gown's style, size, colour and customisation - with the gown's photo and any reference images the boutique attached.
No prices. The factory never sees money; it sees what to make and when.
One tap to acknowledge
The email links to a page that needs no account at all: view the full spec, print it or save it as a PDF, and confirm receipt with one tap. The studio is notified the moment the factory acknowledges - so "did they get it?" stops being a question anyone asks.
And when they do sign in
Factories that want more get a work queue sorted by nearest ship-by date, with a red/amber/green urgency flag on every gown. Advancing a gown through cutting, production and quality check updates the boutique's timeline automatically - and a factory working with several labels on the platform sees them all in one consolidated queue.
The result is a handoff with no training, no re-keying and no status chasing - which is what a handoff should be.
