Your brand & domain
Make the portal unmistakably yours — your logo, colours and typography, on a domain you own, with Labels.io invisible.
The whole point of Labels.io is that your retailers feel like they're ordering from you, not from a platform. Branding is set up during onboarding; your domain is yours to add and manage under Studio → Domains.
Your brand
Your portal takes on your identity:
- Logo — shown across the portal, emails and order documents
- Colours — your palette becomes the portal's theme
- Typography — your typefaces, so it reads like your own site
- Branded emails & documents — order acknowledgements and invoices carry your brand, not ours
Labels.io stays invisible
There is no Labels.io branding on your portal. Your retailers see your name, your colours and your domain — end to end.
Your domain
Your portal lives on a domain you own — typically a subdomain like
portal.yourlabel.com.
Add your domain
Under Studio → Domains, enter the subdomain your retailers will use.
Set one DNS record
Add a single CNAME record at your DNS provider, pointing your subdomain at
cname.labels.io. The Domains page shows the exact record to set. That's the
only DNS change you'll ever make.
Everything else is automatic
The platform attaches the domain to hosting the moment you add it, then checks DNS every ten minutes. Once it resolves, the domain is verified, the certificate is issued automatically, it becomes your primary portal address, and sign-in links (invites, password resets) are registered for it. No tickets, no manual steps. Only verified domains serve your portal, so there's never a half-configured address in the wild.
Until your custom domain is live — and as a fallback whatever happens to your
DNS — your portal is always reachable at its Labels.io address (e.g.
yourlabel.labels.io), listed under Platform addresses on the Domains
page.
Emails come from you too
Every portal email shows the sender as "Your Brand via Labels.io", carries your contact details in the footer, and replies go to your studio's order-notification address. See Notifications & messages.
