The studio dashboard
A tour of the admin console where your team runs the whole business.
The studio is your admin console, on your own domain at /admin. It's where
your team runs everything without a developer or a support ticket.
The dashboard
Landing in the studio, the dashboard gives you the day at a glance:
- What needs attention — orders at risk against their wedding dates, with a jump straight to the production schedule
- Awaiting confirmation — new orders your stockists have submitted
- In production — gowns currently being made
- This month — orders placed and revenue
- Recent orders — the latest activity, with a link to the full queue
Getting around
The studio sidebar is in three groups, roughly in order of how often you'll use them.
Daily
Dashboard
The day at a glance — what needs attention, new orders, this month.
Orders
Search, confirm, amend and cancel orders; hand them to the factory.
Messages
One conversation per stockist, separate from order threads. A badge shows how many await your reply.
Announcements
One message to every stockist — in the portal and by email.
Samples
Which boutiques carry which samples; add priced sample orders.
Loans
Approve, send and log the return of borrowed samples.
Schedule
Every live order against its wedding date, risk-sorted.
Brides
Every bride across your stockists (read-only for support).
Invoices
Issue invoices, record payments, track receivables.
Catalogue & trade
Products
Styles, sizes, colours, options, photography and bulk photo import.
Stockists
Add and invite stockists, set their terms, message them.
Analytics
Revenue, top styles, stockist league, and CSV export.
Setup
Team
Invite colleagues into the studio.
Domains
Your custom portal address, provisioned automatically.
Guides
The welcome pack and guides your stockists see in the portal.

See what your retailers see
From the studio you can open View portal — a read-only preview of the retailer experience in your branding. Ordering is disabled in preview, so it's safe to click around.
What's new
Every release is listed on the public changelog at labels.io/changelog. The studio header has a What's new link that shows a dot whenever there's a release you haven't looked at yet.
Getting help
Spotted something wrong, or have an idea? The Report a problem button sits bottom-left on every studio, portal and factory page. Choose bug, feedback or feature request, describe it, and it goes to the platform team with the page, your role and browser details attached — no screenshots or forms to fill in. You can see your own recent reports from the same button.
