For stockists — follow every gown from submission to dispatch, with a live timeline and notifications.
Once you've submitted an order, My Orders is where you follow it. No more emailing the studio to ask where a gown is.
The production timeline
Each order shows a timeline that fills in as the studio and factory progress it:
Submitted → Confirmed → Cutting → In production → Quality check → Dispatched
Completed stages show their date, so you can see exactly where a gown is and when each step happened. Orders also show a plain-language flag when a delivery date is getting tight against the wedding.
Notifications
The bell in your portal header carries order updates — an order confirmed, entering production, in quality check, or dispatched. Open it to see the feed and mark items read.
Order documents
Every order has a printable order document summarising the gown, options, bride and delivery — handy for your own records or the fitting.
Reordering
Ordered a style before? Reorder rebuilds a past order into a fresh basket at current prices, ready to adjust and submit — perfect for a repeat gown or a sample. You'll find it on any past order and under Order again on the collection.
Amendments & messages
Need to change something, or have a question about a specific gown? Raise an amendment request or a message on the order, so the conversation stays with the order rather than lost in email.
