Order statuses
Every stage in an order's life, who moves it, and who's notified.
Every order moves through a fixed set of stages. Here's what each means and who advances it.
| Status | Meaning | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | Placed by the stockist, awaiting the studio's confirmation. | Retailer |
| Confirmed | Accepted by the studio. An invoice is raised and the gown enters the factory queue. | Studio |
| Cutting | Cutting has begun. | Factory |
| Production | The gown is being made. | Factory |
| Quality check | Final checks before dispatch. | Factory |
| Dispatched | On its way. The order is complete and leaves the production queue. | Factory |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled by the studio. | Studio |
Everyone stays in sync
Each stage change updates the stockist's production timeline and sends them an in-app notification — so the studio, factory and retailer are always looking at the same truth.
Risk flags
While an order is live, the studio's schedule scores it against its wedding date: on track, watch, at risk or critical. These are a lens for the studio to prioritise — they aren't a status the order moves through. See Orders & production.
