Is Labels.io visible to my retailers?

No. Your portal runs on your domain, in your branding, with your logo, colours and typography on the site, emails and order documents. Labels.io stays invisible.

Can my retailers see each other's orders or prices?

Never. Each stockist sees only their own orders, prices, invoices and brides. It's enforced in the database on every request, not just hidden in the interface.

How do prices stay correct?

A single pricing engine computes every order from your current price lists — per-retailer discount, VAT, size surcharges and option charges — and re-prices each line on the server at submission. A retailer can't submit a stale or edited price.

Do I have to re-type my catalogue?

No. We import your existing line sheet — products, per-size pricing, option charges, colours and photography — during onboarding, so your launch data is exact. After that, you edit everything in the studio.

Can I run it myself without a developer?

Yes. Products, prices, retailers, delivery rules, orders and invoices are all managed from the studio. No developer, no support ticket.

Does the factory see prices?

No. Everything the factory sees — the emailed production spec, the no-login order page and the work queue — shows what to make and the ship-by date, never money.

Does my factory need an account?

Not to receive work. Confirmed orders are emailed to your factory as a production spec with a no-login link to view, print and confirm receipt. An account adds the deadline-sorted work queue on top.

How do I know a gown will make the wedding?

Every live order is scored against its wedding date — on track, watch, at risk or critical — on the studio's production schedule, with dashboard alerts and an optional daily email digest of anything slipping.

Can new boutiques apply to stock my label?

Yes. Your portal domain serves a public Become a stockist form; applications land in your Retailers list ready to approve and invite.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Your data is always yours — export your orders to CSV any time, with no lock-in.

How do payments work?

Invoicing is manual reconciliation: the studio raises invoices from confirmed orders and records payments as they arrive. Retailers settle with you directly on your agreed terms — there are no card rails to set up.

Can a stockist order a gown before the bride's size is final?

Yes. On a bride order they choose Size to be confirmed later, order at the expected size and give a date they'll confirm by. You confirm the order as normal; cutting is held until they confirm the final size from their portal. They're reminded automatically from 14 days before their date, and the cut-off is 8 weeks before the wedding. See Orders & production.

Can I change an order after it's been placed?

Yes — from the order page in the studio, on a bride or sample order: change or remove a charge, add a customisation, add a free-text adjustment, apply a discount, and record a reason. The factory spec is updated to match, and the stockist is told. Once an invoice exists, void it first. See Orders & production.

Can I lend samples rather than sell them?

Yes. Mark the sizes you hold as loan stock on each style; stockists request a loan for a date window (up to 28 days) from their portal, and you approve, send and log the return under Studio → Loans. Reminders go out a week before the return date. See Sample loans.

How do I tell every stockist about a price increase?

Studio → Announcements. Write the message, set an effective date, choose the audience, preview and send — it lands in every stockist's portal and inbox at once. See Announcements.

Can my colleagues have their own studio logins?

Yes. Invite them by email from Studio → Team; they set a password and have full studio access. You can't remove yourself or the last admin. See Licence & team.

What is the licence agreement my stockists are asked to accept?

The platform's End User Licence Agreement, published by Labels.io and the same for every brand. Everyone accepts it once at first sign-in; Studio → Licence shows who has accepted which version. Your own trading terms are separate, under Studio → Terms.
