The production queue
For factories — orders arrive by email with no login needed, plus a deadline-sorted, price-masked work queue.
This guide is for factories. There are two ways to work with a label on the platform — and the first needs no account at all.
Orders arrive by email
When the studio confirms an order, the factory receives a production spec by email: order reference, stockist, bride and wedding date, each gown's style, size, colour and every customisation — plus the gown's photo and any reference images the stockist attached.
The email links to a no-login order page where you can:
- View & print the full spec (or save it as a PDF)
- Confirm receipt with one tap — the studio is notified automatically
- A few days after confirmation you may get a short "is this order in production?" email with Yes / Not yet buttons — one tap answers it and keeps the stockist's timeline right
No prices — by design
Nothing the factory sees ever shows money. Prices, discounts and invoices are simply not part of the factory's view — you see what to make and when, nothing more.
The work queue
Factory users who sign in land on the production queue — every gown in work, sorted by nearest ship-by date first, with an urgency flag on each:
- Red — overdue, or shipping within 7 days
- Amber — shipping within 21 days
- Green — comfortable
For each gown you see the style, code and reference, the size and made-to-order details, the ship-by date and the current stage.
Advancing a gown
Each gown moves through four stages. A single button advances it to the next (the studio can also step an order from its own page — and on simple production tracking the studio does all of it, so you may never need to):
Confirmed → Cutting → Production → Quality check → Dispatched
Every advance updates the stockist's timeline, notifies them, and emails the studio — so you never have to report status separately. Gowns leave the queue once dispatched.
Working for more than one label?

What appears here
Only orders the studio has confirmed enter the queue. New, unconfirmed orders stay with the studio until they're accepted into production.
