The production queue

For factories — a price-masked work queue showing what to make and when, with one tap to advance each gown.

This guide is for factory users. When you sign in you land straight on the production queue — the list of gowns to make, in the order they need attention.

What you see

For each gown in work:

  • Style, code and reference — what to make
  • Size and options — the made-to-order details (split sizing, made-to-measure, closures, and so on)
  • Ship-by date — the delivery date is the contract
  • Current stage

No prices — by design

The factory queue never shows money. Prices, discounts and invoices are simply not part of the factory's view — you see what to make and when, nothing more.

Advancing a gown

Each gown moves through four stages. A single button advances it to the next:

Confirmed → Cutting → Production → Quality check → Dispatched

Every advance updates the stockist's timeline and sends them a notification automatically, so you never have to report status separately. Gowns leave the queue once dispatched.

What appears here

Only orders the studio has confirmed enter the queue. New, unconfirmed orders stay with the studio until they're accepted into production.
