Your invoices
For stockists — view your invoices and statement, and download a PDF of any issued invoice.
Under Invoices in your portal you'll find every invoice the studio has issued to you, plus your outstanding balance.
What you see
- Outstanding — your total unpaid balance
- Each invoice — number, linked order, issue and due dates, total and balance, and its status (sent, part-paid, paid, or overdue)
- PDF download — a branded copy of any issued invoice for your records
Only issued invoices
You see invoices once the studio has issued them. Drafts and voided invoices are never shown, and you only ever see your own — never another stockist's.
Paying
Invoices are settled directly with the label per your agreed terms and bank details (shown on the invoice). As the studio records your payment, the invoice's status and balance update here automatically.
