Placing an order

For stockists — browse the collection and build a made-to-order gown in the configurator, priced live.

This guide is for retailers (stockists). When you sign into your label's portal you land on The Collection — the full catalogue at your own trade prices.

Browsing the collection

Every style shows its photography, name and your from price. Styles you've ordered before appear under Order again for quick reordering. Opening a style launches the configurator.

Bride View

Sitting with a bride? Toggle Bride View to hide trade pricing while you browse together, so she sees the gowns without your cost.

Building the order

The configurator is where you make the gown to order:

Order type

Choose a bride order (made for a specific bride) or a sample order (for your shop floor).

Bride & size

Attach a bride and wedding date, then pick a size. Fit Finder turns her bust, waist and hip measurements into a recommended size — including split sizing or made-to-measure where that fits better.

Colour & options

Choose the colour and any made-to-order options — split sizing, made-to-measure, closures, buttons, skirt and train length, and more. The line total updates live as you go.

Delivery

Pick a delivery band and a date. Only dates the studio can actually hit are offered.

Add to order & submit

Add the gown to your order (add more if you like), then submit. You'll get an acknowledgement, and the order appears in My Orders.

Prices are confirmed by the studio

The total you see is an estimate from the label's live price list. Orders are subject to confirmation by the studio, who accept them into production.
