Your catalogue

Your catalogue is the heart of the portal. Everything your retailers order comes from here, and you manage all of it yourself under Studio → Products.

Styles

Each style (a gown, a curve style, or an accessory) carries:

• Code and name — e.g. JA122 · CARMEL
• Photography — the image your retailers browse and order from
• A per-size price matrix — the price for each UK size
• Colours — with optional price adjustments
• Options — chargeable made-to-order choices (see below)
• Bundled accessories — items offered alongside the gown

Set a style inactive to retire it — it disappears from the collection but stays on historic orders.

Editing a style

Open any style from Studio → Products for its full edit page, in sections:

• Photo — upload, replace or remove the image (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB). Changes are live across the portal at once.
• Details & price — code, name, base price, an optional sample price used when the style is ordered as a sample, and its position in the collection (lower numbers show first)
• Price by size — the per-size matrix
• Colours — the choices the configurator offers, picked from your colour palette when you have one (or typed freely), with any price adjustment
• Accessories offered with this style — bundled items
• Loan samples — the sizes you hold as loan stock, so stockists can request them (see Sample loans)
• Availability — active or retired

Save each section as you go; the change applies to the next order.

Lead time and availability note

When a style has a material problem — a lace on a long lead, a fabric that has to be re-ordered — open it under Products and set a lead time in weeks and, optionally, a note to stockists. The note appears on the style in the portal and on that line in the basket; the lead time pushes the order's estimated delivery out whenever it is longer than the delivery band the stockist chose. Clear both fields when the style is back to normal.

Importing photos in bulk

Got a folder of shots from the photographer? Studio → Products → Import photos takes the lot in one go. Drop the images in and each is matched to a style by its filename — the style code or name (JA154V-A front.jpg, JA182OS (1).png). Where there are several shots of a style, the front shot is preferred; one photo is attached per product.

Before anything uploads you see the plan: which files matched which styles, which styles already have a photo (choose whether to replace them), and anything that couldn't be matched. Nothing changes until you press Import.

Options & made-to-order

Options are the made-to-order choices priced on top of the base gown — split sizing, made-to-measure, closures, buttons, skirt and train length, pattern changes, and so on. Each option carries its own charge, and the configurator applies them live as the retailer builds an order.

Importing your line sheet

You don't re-type your catalogue to launch. During onboarding we import your existing line sheet directly:

So your launch data is exact from day one. After that, everything is editable in the studio — no developer needed.

Season updates by CSV

For a new collection or a season-wide price change, you don't edit style by style. Studio → Products offers:

• Export CSV — your whole catalogue as a spreadsheet
• Import CSV — upload the edited sheet and review a diff preview first: which styles are new, changed, unchanged or missing, before anything is applied. Optionally discontinue styles missing from the sheet.

So a season update is: export, edit in your spreadsheet of choice, import, review the diff, apply.

Size chart

Your brand size chart (bust, waist, hip and length measurements per size) is published in the portal for your retailers, and powers Fit Finder, which recommends a size from a bride's measurements.
