Brand Hub

One place for your logos, imagery, print files, banners, video and ready-made social posts — stockists download them, you see who uses them.

The Brand Hub replaces the Dropbox links. You upload your brand assets once and file them by category. Your stockists then find them under Brand Hub in the portal, download what they need and copy your captions as written. You can see which shops use the hub and which never do.

Adding assets

Open Studio → Brand Hub. Choose where new assets go:

  • Category, for example Logo, Web quality, Print quality, Collections, Dresses, Copy for socials, Who to tag, Banners.
  • Style (optional). An asset tied to a style shows up for shops that stock that style, see below.
  • Collection (optional).

Then drop your files in, up to 50 MB each. Images get a small preview, so stockists aren't loading print-size files just to browse. For anything bigger, such as a long video, add it as a link (Vimeo, YouTube, a Dropbox folder).

To add a ready-made post, give it a title and the text to copy, plus a link if you like. Stockists see it with a Copy text button. You can do the same for "who to tag" handles.

Each asset can be edited, moved to another category, hidden from stockists without deleting it, or deleted. Change the categories, and the order stockists see them in, under Categories & links.

Stockists don't see a Brand Hub until you've published at least one asset.

What stockists see

In the portal, Brand Hub shows every published asset, with category chips and a search. Only the styles we stock narrows the list to brand-wide assets (logos, banners, general posts) plus assets for the styles that shop holds. Stocked styles are taken from the shop's sample orders and the samples you've recorded it holding.

Files download through short-lived links, so they can't be passed around as permanent URLs.

Many shops have someone else running their Instagram or website. A stockist can create a share link for that person under Brand Hub → Share with your social media or web person. The link:

  • Opens without a login and shows assets only. No orders, prices or account details are visible.
  • Limits styles by default to the ones the shop stocks, so nobody posts a dress that shop doesn't carry.
  • Can be turned off at any time, by the stockist or by you (Studio → Brand Hub → Categories & links). It stops working straight away.

Who uses it

Every download, opened link and copied caption is recorded against the shop (and the share link, if one was used). Studio → Brand Hub → Who uses it shows each stockist's use over the last 90 days, including shops that haven't used it at all. Each asset also shows its own downloads, copies and opens, so you can see what's working.
